Personal data includes all information relating to you personally, e.g. name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. When you contact us by e-mail or using a contact form, the data provided by you is stored by us in order to be able to respond to your inquiries or make the material you request available to you. You must consent to this for the respective specific application.
We shall erase the relevant data regarding this once the storage of such data is no longer required, or restrict processing if statutory retention periods apply.
If we commission service providers to carry out individual functions relating to our offering, you shall be informed of the respective procedures and storage periods. Otherwise, we shall not forward your data to third parties.
In regard to your data, you have

- the right to data portability (receipt of a copy, taking your data with you)
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us. The supervisory authority within the meaning of Section 9 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (“BDSG neu”) is the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
The collection of personal data when visiting our website
In the case of purely informational use of our website, i.e., if you do not register or otherwise provide information to us, we shall only collect the personal data sent to our server by your browser. If you want to look at our website, we collect the following data, which is required for technical reasons, in order to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (the legal basis being Art. 6(1) p. 1 lit. f GDPR):

- The date and time of the request
- Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT),
- Content of the request (specific page).
- Access status/HTTP status code
- The respective quantities of data transmitted
- Operating system and user interface
- Language and version of the browser software
Integration of third-party services and content
When you use our website, cookies are stored on your computer. a. Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. In particular, these include session cookies.
